Summer Banner

I made this to hang on my mantle. I’ll make the pennants larger next time.

Decorated Keyboard

I have seen this on Pinterest and I finally decided to do it.
1. The washi tape I bought. Bought it from a store on Etsy. Website .

2. Cleaning my keyboard. Used rubbing alcohol to make sure the little spaces between were clean too.

3. Finished keyboard. The washi tape is nice and you can see through it if you don’t know which letter is which.

Mario Creations

I used the melting beads to make these Mario themed characters. I used cross-stitch patterns.

Hello Kitty Party

These are a few pictures from a party I put together for my niece.

The cake pop ideas were from www.bakerella.com. They were a pain in the keester.

The lanterns came from the Dollar Tree. The idea came from a pin I had on pinterest.com.

Sunday Funday

Boys made their own Mario show.

Pikes Peak

We went to the top of Pikes Peak via the Cog Railway. It’s a little pricey, but worth it I think. The boys had a fabulous time. You are supposed to drink lots of water because of the possible altitude sickness. The second picture is of my oldest having to “go” in one of our cups because he couldn’t hold all of the water he drank. It’s a long train ride!

The next day, we went to the Manitou Springs Cliff Dwellings. They are quite small compared to Mesa Verde, which has the largest cliff dwellings in the US, but they are perfect for five year olds.
